Manifestations

Within the network, 15 philosophers will collaborate over a period of three years. During this time, the network will conduct seven workshops. The overall output will consist in joint publications of the network members and the external speakers of the workshops.

Our workshops will focus on different aspects of the question of change and change-makers: They will look at persistence in stability and the interdependencies between powers, processes and persistence. It will be about thinking of power and change and formal accounts. But also philosophico-historical approaches will come into play: One workshop will deal with ancient perspectives on power and change, another with early modern perspectives and modern philosophies of time and change.
